What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders involve purchasing items that are not currently in physical stock but are expected to be delivered from our manufacturer in the near future. Once these items arrive at our facility on a later date, we will proceed to fulfill orders and deliver them to our customers.

Why would I purchase a pre-order?

We provide pre-order options to allow our customers the opportunity to secure their desired item(s) in advance of their arrival. The items we select for pre-orders typically include customer favorites, best sellers, or limited-edition product releases. Many of these pre-order items tend to sell out quickly and may not be accessible for purchase at a later time, making pre-orders an excellent way to ensure you receive the item you want.

What items are pre-orders?

Items that are available for pre-order are clearly marked as such on the product page, along with an estimated shipping date. To view all pre-order items, you can easily access our dedicated pre-order category.

How will I be updated about my pre-order?

We suggest "subscribing to our newsletter" as it enables us to send you an email in case of significant delays with your pre-order. If you opt not to subscribe, we won't have the means to contact you via email regarding your order.

When will my pre-order ship?

We process pre-orders in the sequence of their purchase. For instance, if you buy a pre-order item today and another customer places an order for the same pre-order item the following day, your order will be shipped before the one from the next day. The estimated shipping date is available on the product page, and we advise you to make a note of it. If you need to inquire about this date later, you can contact our customer support through chat.

It’s past my pre-order date, why has my order not shipped?

The majority of our pre-orders are typically shipped ahead of schedule or as originally planned. Our estimated ship dates are determined based on information provided by our manufacturer. However, it's important to note that these estimated ship dates are subject to change and may be influenced by factors beyond our control. Potential delays could be due to various reasons, such as production delays, staffing shortages at manufacturer warehouses, or shipping delays.


Please be assured that we make every effort to prioritize and expedite the arrival of pre-order items. In the event of delays, rest assured that it is not a situation where customers are forgotten or overlooked. We are dedicated to ensuring that pre-order items reach our customers as swiftly as possible. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that if we encounter delays with a particular item, it is highly likely that other retailers are facing similar delays with that same item.

What if I order multiple pre-order AND in-stock items within the same order?

When you place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, please note that the shipping fee will be calculated individually for each category of items.

Do I pay in full for a pre-order at checkout?

Yes, when you make a pre-order purchase, the full payment is collected at the time of the purchase. To prioritize security, we do not retain credit card information on our records.

I already purchased a pre-order, but now the site is stating out of stock: 

No need to be concerned; this simply indicates that our pre-order stock has been fully reserved. Be assured that we have received your order, and you remain in line to receive your pre-order as initially estimated.

Are Pre-Orders sales final?

Kindly note that we are unable to process refunds or cancellations for pre-orders. However, if any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control result in an item from your pre-order becoming unavailable, you will receive a refund.
